Warden Havers is a penitentiary director in the episode "The Man Who Was Death".
Early Life[]
Warden Havers was a penitentiary director. His employed executor was Niles Tabot who is himself morbidly fascinated by his own job, considering that it is an affair of justice.
A night, a surprenant new change his life. The death penalty in his State is abolished. Also, Niles is fired by Vic. The director has good intentions, fearing that actual prisonners attack Niles because of his old job. However, Niles make his own bloody justice by killing all acquited murderers and criminals. After his arrestation, he was executed by Vic who demonstrate humanity, a notion that Niles don't know, before to electrocuted him.
